Policy

As a company, we want to be a reliable partner and ensure that our activities have a positive impact on people, the environment, and society. These policy topics are registered within the Plastivan Sustainability Goals (PSGs) project.

PSG 1. People
Plastivan is committed to respecting the rights of all its employees. This includes not only ensuring a safe and healthy environment but also a culture of respect and inclusivity. Active investment is made in employee development through training and education to enhance their skills and performance. In this way, a work environment is created where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute to the company’s success.

PSG 2. Environment
Plastivan is dedicated to reducing its ecological footprint and achieving positive environmental changes. Minimizing waste and promoting efficient energy use in production processes. Additionally, the use of sustainable raw materials is encouraged, and efforts are made towards a circular economy by actively investing in recycling. We aim to keep our negative impact on the environment as low as possible and contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come.

PSG 3. Society
Plastivan will continue to promote a corporate culture based on integrity, ethics, and respect for all stakeholders. Corruption is not tolerated within our organization, and confidentiality is maintained at all times. Additionally, all forms of forced labour, child labour, and discrimination are rejected both in our own operations and in our supply chains.

This policy serves as a guide for all company activities and demonstrates our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical behavior. All decision-making will be conducted in accordance with these values.
